the delicate breeze

i’ve so persuaded

so upsweep this

petticoat, and 

underscore that

you are not 

supposed to end

a line on and 

and yet sometimes

that makes for the

best length, not the

either, i know, isn’t

pretty, isn’t seemly

i’m learning, “Rusalka"

sings on,

pleas of the sea

there is smoked mullet

for dinner, there is 

a soapy period piece

to watch, there is 

a chaise lounge to

recline on, if not 

a sofa, their are 

tea lights, there is

chocolate, there is

warmth.
